Wreck diving along our 21.000 km coustline...

Norway has since the viking age been a great nautical nation, and, in a matter of seconds, this archipelago could change from a shelter from the storms to a death trap for ships seeking harbour. The tough storms of the Northern Atlantic have, since the days of the sailing ships, claimed their victims along the Norwegian coast with its storms and thousands of reefs and small islands.

With World War II came the nazis, and their attempt to conquer Europe. Norway got involved on April 9th 1940. Many of the battles were fought at sea, and the warships lay hidden in the deep fjords.

This rich past has provided divers like myself with incredible diving sites , which on many occasions have instillied me with feelings of honor and respect.
