Motor overhaul...

You probably need to replace bearings, rear bearing wears out first (NMB, IR-14380 alternative KSK, 7R 6). Use straighten out paper clips to hold the brushes in place when assembling motor. First mount anchor so it's seated in rear  bearing,  secure it with (81) clip on shaft outside of bearing. Then pull the paperclips out of the brush holders, check that brushes slides properly in to place by turning anchor. Finally place motor field over the anchor, then fasten rear housing cap with bearing and spacer clip. Conmen problem is corrosion inside the rear of tail cone, where (84) rubber cup is suppose to make a water tight seal. If this is the case, remove (83) ring and (84) rubber cup, use the modified rotary seal from DPV Repair.

Mount rotary seal base with O-ring, wash seal surfaces with pure alcohol.

Attention: Do not touch surfaces with your fingers. Slide upper part of seal down on shaft and secure with clip.

Making your own scooter.....

Material used in body of this scooter is Polyethylene HD500. It's more expensive but withstands cold much better without cracking. It's also lighter than PVC, who is most conmen in these types of scooters. Motor mounting plate and gas tigth plate between battery chamber and motor is made from transparent 6 mm Polycarbonate, this can withstands a cal 22 bullet. This is practical, water leaks can easy be detected when charging batteries. Insert threads are used in each body mount, so threads on screws do not wear plastic if scooter is dissembled several times.
